What does it do?Generally a coating of mud, rich in minerals, is piled on your skin. After applying the mask to your body, your therapist will swaddle in a plastic sheet and leave you to rest for around 20 to 30 minutes. The heat of the wrap will relax your muscles, open your pores and encourage sweating. The shower afterwards will be welcome. You can scrub away any remaining mud and then you will end the session with Aroma Steam Therapy. |
